Reserving seats is prohibited during special promotions or events.

All patrons must have a valid Government Issued Photo ID to cash out a Seneca Elite Card.

Seneca Gaming and Entertainment patrons are responsible for using their own Seneca Elite Card. If a patron is using another patron's Seneca Elite Card, they will be denied any winnings and forfeit any credits.
8.
Patrons must cash out their own Seneca Elite Card before the end of the gaming day, or all credits/money will be forfeited.
9.
To claim winnings over $1 , 199.99, you must present valid Government Issued Photo ID and a Social Security Card. Seneca Gaming and Entertainment will hold unclaimed jackpots for up to thirty days.
10.
Promotional winners must have a valid Government Issued Photo ID to claim any prize(s). Any promotional win with a cumulative value of $600 or more in one calendar year is Subject to Form 1099-Misc (hot seats, ticket drawings, etc.).
11.
Residents of foreign countries without a US Tax Treaty (Canadians) will be subject to withholdings on all payouts.

Seneca Elite Cards are required for all promotional enrollments, unless otherwise specified.

Seneca Gaming and Entertainment is not responsible for malfunctions of any equipment including electronics. Malfunctions voids all pays and plays.

Patrons must have a valid admission receipt to enter the Bingo session. Only one (1 ) Electronic device per person, unless specified. It is the players' responsibility to play all cards purchased, no refunds or exchanges for unused, mutilated, wet or wrongfully played paper.

Each patron must claim their (own) winnings and must be presently playing throughout the session. Playing at the Video Gaming machines within the Bingo area is permitted when yelling bingo. Restroom breaks, food purchasing, courtesy breaks and emergencies are the only exceptions and will be limited to no more than 10 minutes.

The patron must bingo on the last number called. It is the responsibility of the player - Not the Team Member's - to yell bingo loud enough for the caller to hear and stop the game. Once a caller closes a game, no other bingos will be honored. The number on the monitor is not official until the number is verbally called.
17.
Specials / Progressive Games are posted at the Bingo Admissions and at the Bingo Caller's Console. The winning patron(s) of a special / progressive game will be rewarded the posted prize amount.
18.
Multiple winners will share the total cash value of the game divided by the number of winners. Split payouts are rounded down to the nearest dollar.
19.
Management reserves the right to correct any prize payout that has been paid out incorrectly, or that contradicts the printed disclosure of those prizes.
20.
All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
21.

Getting Started

Benefits are intended for the use of the person listed on the account and have no cash value.

Membership is non-transferable and may be cancelled at the discretion of the Seneca Gaming & Entertainment Management. Points will not be eligible to transfer to any other account for any reason.

Limit one (1) membership per person.

To redeem rewards, Seneca Elite Player’s Club Cards and valid acceptable government-issued photo identification must be presented.
8.
Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card accounts with no activity (i.e. no point earnings) for 365 consecutive days will forfeit/expire any unredeemed points or offers, and purged any time thereafter.
9.
Points earned through promotions cannot be used toward the qualification of other promotions.
10.
It is the member’s responsibility to properly insert/check in/swipe their Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card into the machine when playing the Video Gaming Machines, playing Poker (non-tournament play) and purchasing their bingo admission.

Management reserves the right to adjust point balances and/or an account/membership status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card without notifying the membership holder.

Each member is responsible for selecting a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for his or her Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card account. Each member must keep this PIN confidential and secure, and is responsible for any activity on his or her account when the account is accessed by using this PIN.

Seneca Gaming & Entertainment will collect and use the personal information on a members account for marketing/promotional and other business related purposes.

In order to be eligible for the Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card benefits, direct marketing promotions, incentives and rewards, members are responsible for notifying Seneca Gaming & Entertainment of any name, address, phone number or email change(s). Seneca Gaming & Entertainment is not responsible for lost or misdirected correspondence.
15.
Management reserves the right to revoke, modify or revise qualifications for receiving coupons, discounts, offers, points, invitations and comps at any time, without prior notice.

Individuals prohibited from gambling by Seneca Gaming & Entertainment or Seneca Gaming Authority (SGA) will not be eligible to participate in the Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card program as a promotional basis.

JOB FUNCTION:
The Slot Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Slot Operations Shift Manager or the Slot Operations Manager with day-to-day operations of the Slot Operations Department, including oversight of all slot machines and supervision of the Slot Operations staff. All Duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainment’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate or Equivalent. One to three years supervisory experience preferred. Individual must possess good oral and written communication skills. Must possess excellent math skills, organizational skills and be able to perform accurately under pressure. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Must pass a background clearance in accordance with Nation Indian Gaming Commission regulations

The Dual Rate Cage Cashier/Super is responsible for providing monetary services for SGE guests, including, but not limited to: exchanging tickets for cash; processing advances drawn from credit and debit cards; establishing and processing transactions for patron deposit accounts; and making change. Responsible for providing monetary services for other casino departments and team members thereof. Additionally, responsible for all duties of a Main Banker and General Cashier Banker, as well as for maintaining and supporting various remote kiosks, which service guests and other casino departments. Assists in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Cage Department and provides excellent Guest Services. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming and Entertainment’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years of successful experience being responsible for large sums of money and/or one (1) year of successful casino cage cashier experience (or any combination thereof) required. Two (2) years of successful supervisory experience preferred.
Six (6) months experience in all cage banks preferred. Effective math skills are required; applicants may be required to pass an SGC-administered math skills test. Must be able to operate office equipment, including a 10-key adding machine, personal computer, telephone, and multi-function photocopier. One (1) year of previous customer service experience preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must pass a background clearance in accordance with National Indian Gaming Commission Regulations to be approved for and maintain a valid Seneca Nation Key license.

Previous customer service experience, and/or the ability to demonstrate high-level service, listening and resolution skills required. Previous clerical/data entry experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of start-up and close-down of cash registers is preferred. Knowledge/operational skills of coin counter, coin wrapping machine and currency counters preferred.
