Qualifications:

All Patrons 18 to 49 years of age.

Seneca Gaming and Entertainment reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of this program at any time without notice and is not responsible for typographical errors.

 

Procedures:

-Patrons will be enrolled into the Free Play automatically through the Player Tracking System if they meet the specified qualifications.

-Patrons must earn 10 points. 

-$15 Free Play will automatically download to their Seneca Elite Card upon earning 10 points.

-Patrons will activate the Free Play by entering their PIN on the Gaming Machine.

-Free Play must be activated by approximately 11:59pm.

-Free Play will expire at Midnight.

-Limit one Free Play per patron per day.

•Offer valid during specified dates and times only.

•Seneca Elite Player’s Club membership is free to the public.  The card holder must be at least 18 years of age and possess valid government issued photo identification.

•Seneca Gaming and Entertainment is not responsible for any lost or stolen promotional items including but not limited to vouchers, paper products, etc. 

•Promotional times and dates may vary due to volume of business, weather climate or system error.

•Offer is non-transferable/non-refundable.

•Limit one Free Play per patron per day.

•Offer valid with other specified promotions deemed by management.

•Management reserves the right to cancel this promotion during high volume promotions.

•Seneca Gaming and Entertainment and Seneca Gaming Authority employees are not eligible to participate.

•All Seneca Gaming and Entertainment advertising including but not limited to posters, calendars, direct mail, radio etc… coincide with this promotion procedure.

•If applicable, all required IRS tax and withholding forms will be completed as required by the particular transaction (either immediately or at calendar year end as required by law), including forms 945, 1099 and 1042.

•Malfunctions void all pays and promotion participation
