Drawing Time:
November 22, 2023, During 1 PM and 7 PM session
Qualifications:
Purchase a bingo admission packet and be an enrolled Player Elite member.
Prize Amount:
1st – $500 2nd -$300 3rd- $200
Procedures:
• Patrons must present their player elite card or sign up for one if they do not have one.
• All patrons will receive an entry for the drawing only after they purchase their admission packet. Drawing will be held during the 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. sessions on November 22, 2023.
• Swipe the Player’s card at bingo admissions
• Verify Patron
• Enroll Patron in the Last Chance for Black Friday Cash promotion
• Patron receives one entry after their purchase of an admission
• Entries will be placed in a secured barrel on the caller stand
Barrel Drawing Procedures:
• All entries must be placed into the barrel for the drawing or when the last call is made (the last call will be made by the caller during the Game previous to the drawing)
• Only entries in the barrel will be eligible to win
• Security randomly picks an entry out of the barrel
• A Promotions rep or higher will announce the name, and each person will report to the caller stand to claim their prize.
• Winners must be present to claim a prize. If no one responds, a new name will be drawn until a winner is determined.
• The promotional winner’s form must be filled out upon redemption.
