Procedures:

• Once the patron meets the specified criteria, the promotion will automatically trigger on the machine.
• Patron will choose one of 3 random prize buttons on the machine display.
• Patron will validate their PIN on the machine to load free play prize.
• Free Play must be used by approximately 11:59pm. Free Play will expire at midnight.

• Offer valid during specified dates and times only.
• Seneca Elite Player’s Club membership is free to the public. The card holder must be at least 18 years of age and possess valid government issued photo identification.

• Players must earn 1,000 Seneca Elite Points to receive the complimentary gift.
• Limit one per patron while supplies last.
• Seneca Gaming and Entertainment and Seneca Gaming Authority employees are not eligible to participate.
• All Seneca Gaming and Entertainment advertising including but not limited to posters, calendars, direct mail, radio etc… coincide with this promotion procedure.
• If applicable, all required IRS tax and withholding forms will be completed as required by the particular transaction (either immediately or at calendar year end as required by law), including forms 945, 1099 and 1042.
• Malfunctions void all pays and promotion participation

Qualifications:

All patrons who earn 20 Seneca Elite Points on the Gaming Machines during the specified promotional period.

• Points will not be earned on any promotional Free Plays.
• Points must be earned but will not be deducted.

Promotional Item:

• Promotional Free Play $5-$50 not to exceed $50.00.
