Qualifications: Patrons can begin earning entries on Friday August 1st, 2025. Each wager of at least $25 earns 1 entry.
Hot Seat Drawing Times: 6:00pm-10:00pm – 1 drawing each hour for a total of 5.
Procedure: Players will be required to be actively playing a gaming machine each hour of the drawing times to be eligible to win and must wager at least $25.
Number of Hot Seat Winners: 5
Promotional Prizes: Up to $5,000 (may be more or less) in increments of $10’s, $20’s, & $50’s.
Promotional Clause: Seneca Gaming and Entertainment reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of this program at any time without notice and is not responsible for typographical errors.
Promotion Rules and Disclaimers:
•Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
•Offer valid during specified dates and times only.
•Seneca Elite Player’s Club membership is free to the public. The card holder must be at least 18 years of age and possess valid government issued photo identification.
•Promotional times and dates may vary due to volume of business, weather climate or system error.
• Must be present and actively playing a Gaming Machine for chance to win.
• Patrons may win one hot seat drawing per day.
•Offer(s) is non-transferable/non-refundable.
•Patrons must present valid photo ID upon winning the drawing. Any patron without the proper identification shall be subject to forfeit their prize. It is management’s discretion to redraw or cancel the prize payout.
•Management reserves the right to cancel this promotion.
•Seneca Gaming and Entertainment and Seneca Gaming Authority employees are not eligible to participate.
•All Seneca Gaming and Entertainment advertising including but not limited to posters, calendars, direct mail, radio etc… coincide with this promotion procedure.
•If applicable, all required IRS tax and withholding forms will be completed as required by the particular transaction (either immediately or at calendar year end as required by law), including forms 945, 1099 and 1042.
•Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to 30% withholding on all payouts.
•Malfunctions void all pays and promotion participation
