Any patron without the proper identification shall be subject to forfeit their prize. It is management’s discretion to redraw or cancel the prize payout. • Seneca Gaming and Entertainment and Seneca Gaming Authority employees are not eligible to participate. • All Seneca Gaming and Entertainment advertising including but not limited to posters, calendars, direct mail, radio etc… coincide with this promotion procedure. • If applicable, all required IRS tax and withholding forms will be completed as required by the particular transaction (either immediately or at calendar year end as required by law), including forms 945, 1099 and 1042. • Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to 30% withholding on all payouts. • Malfunctions void all pays and promotion participation • Other restrictions may apply. • Void where prohibited by law.
