Qualifications:

All patrons who swipe their Player’s card at any POS on the Bingo Floor and buy-in $200 or more each session get 3 entries upon showing Customer Service their receipt for proof of $200 purchase.

Price:

$200 or higher buy-in

Number of Prizes/Drawings:

3, one every last Sunday of each month (Feb/March/April)

Prizes:

There will be 1 drawing the last Sunday each month after intermission for $1,500 cash at the 1pm session. Drawings held Feb 26th, March 26th and April 30th.

Total Cash Prizes:

$4,500.00, $1,500 each drawing, 1 drawing each month for 3 months.

Promotional Clause:

Seneca Gaming & Entertainment reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of this program at any time without notice and is not responsible for typographical errors. Player’s Club Card Required.

 

Procedure:

Patrons who buy-in $200 or more each session will be receive 3 vouchers for every $200 spent. Player must put vouchers in marked barrel to be eligible to win. Promotional and Bingo Staff will draw a name from the barrel, player drawn wins $1,500 Cash. If player drawn is not present, staff will redraw from the barrel until player is present. Drawing will take place after intermission. Barrel will be emptied after each drawing takes place and start fresh for the following month’s drawing.

 

Promotion Rules and Disclaimers:

•Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

•Offer valid during specified dates and times only.

•Seneca Elite Player’s Club membership is free to the public.  The card holder must be at least 18 years of age and possess valid government issued photo identification.

•Seneca Gaming and Entertainment is not responsible for any lost or stolen promotional items including but not limited to vouchers, paper products, etc. 

•Promotional times and dates may vary due to volume of business, weather climate or system error.

•Must be present and actively playing a Gaming Machine to win.

•Patrons may win more than one hot seat drawing per day.

•Offer(s) is non-transferable/non-refundable.

•Patrons must present valid photo ID upon winning the drawing.  Any patron without the proper identification shall be subject to forfeit their prize.  It is management’s discretion to redraw or cancel the prize payout.

•Seneca Gaming and Entertainment and Seneca Gaming Authority employees are not eligible to participate.

•All Seneca Gaming and Entertainment advertising including but not limited to posters, calendars, direct mail, radio etc… coincide with this promotion procedure.

•If applicable, all required IRS tax and withholding forms will be completed as required by the particular transaction (either immediately or at calendar year end as required by law), including forms 945, 1099 and 1042.

•Residents of foreign countries without a U.S. tax treaty will be subject to 30% withholding on all payouts.

•Malfunctions void all pays and promotion participation
