All taxable winnings require two forms of valid government-issued identification, as well as documentation of a tax identification number.
4.
Management reserves the right to pay winnings in the form of a casino check. Checks may take up to 10 business days.
5.
Any banned, self-restricted or illegal guests are required to forfeit jackpots and prizes, and will be removed from the property.
6.
Players are responsible for all personal property (tickets, player cards, machine credits, etc.) and SGE Management is under no obligation to research, refund or replace any lost, stolen or abandoned item.
7.
Disruptive guests will not be allowed to game and may be asked to leave.
8.
Using or cashing out another guest’s machine/credits/tickets without that guest’s permission may result in an involuntary ban and/or arrest and prosecution.
9.
All play is governed by SGE house rules
10.
Casino personnel will not disclose any information about other guests.
11.
A valid and non-expired government-issued photo ID is required when redeeming Seneca Elite Club points, participating in promotions, Check cashing, and Cash advance card transactions.
12.
Seneca Elite Club cards and promotions are only valid for the player assigned to them.
13.
Seneca Gaming and Entertainment LLC is not responsible for typographical errors.
14.
The decision of Seneca Gaming and Entertainment LLC Management is final.
15.
Seneca Gaming and Entertainment complies with all Title 31 requirements and Anti-Money Laundering mandates.
16.
No one under the age of 18 years of age is permitted on the gaming floor. Management reserves the right to deny entry.
17.
Seneca Gaming and Entertainment will not tolerate foul language, threatening, disruptive behavior, vandalism, or destruction of any Seneca Gaming and Entertainment property. Actions may lead to involuntary exclusion and/or charged with criminal offense.
18.
Outside food, soliciting, peddling, loitering, firearms, weapons, alcohol, and drugs are prohibited.
19.
Seneca Gaming and Entertainment is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or stolen/loss of property.
20.
Reserving seats is prohibited during special promotions or events.
21.
Seneca Gaming and Entertainment patrons are responsible for using their own Seneca Elite Card.
22.
To claim winnings over $1,199.99, you must present valid Government Issued Photo ID and a Social Security Card. Seneca Gaming and Entertainment will hold unclaimed jackpots for up to thirty days.
23.
Promotional winners must have a valid Government Issued Photo ID to claim any prize(s). Any promotional win with a cumulative value of $600 or more in one calendar year is Subject to Form 1099-Misc (hot seats, ticket drawings, etc.).
24.
Residents of foreign countries without a US Tax Treaty (Canadians) will be subject to withholdings on all payouts.
25.
Seneca Elite Cards are required for all promotional enrollments, unless otherwise specified.
26.
Seneca Gaming and Entertainment is not responsible for malfunctions of any equipment including electronics. Malfunctions voids all pays and plays.
27.
Patrons must have a valid admission receipt to enter the Bingo session. Only one (1) Electronic device per person, unless specified. It is the players’ responsibility to play all cards purchased, no refunds or exchanges for unused, mutilated, wet or wrongfully played paper.
28.
Each patron must claim their (own) winnings and must be presently playing throughout the session Restroom breaks and food purchasing are the only exceptions and will be limited to no more than 10 minutes.
29.
The patron must bingo on the last number called. It is the responsibility of the winning player - Not the Team Member’s - to yell bingo loud enough for the caller to hear and stop the game. Once a caller closes a game, no other bingos will be honored. The number on the monitor is not official until the number is verbally called.
30.
Specials / Progressive Game prizes are posted at the Bingo Admissions and at the Bingo Caller’s Console. The winning patron(s) of a special / progressive game will be rewarded the posted prize amount.
31.
Multiple winners will share the total cash value of the game divided by the number of winners. Split payouts are rounded up to the nearest dollar.
32.
Management reserves the right to correct any prize payout that has been paid out incorrectly, or that contradicts the printed disclosure of those prizes.

Getting Started
1.
Must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
2.
Valid acceptable government-issued photo identification with proof of age and expiration date required to obtain a Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card.
3.
Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card membership is free to join.
4.
Benefits are intended for the use of the person listed on the account and have no cash value.
5.
Membership is non-transferable and may be cancelled at the discretion of the Seneca Gaming & Entertainment Management. Points will not be eligible to transfer to any other account for any reason.
6.
Limit one (1) membership per person.
7.
To redeem rewards, Seneca Elite Player’s Club Cards and valid acceptable government-issued photo identification must be presented.
8.
Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card accounts with no activity (i.e. no point earnings) for 365 consecutive days will forfeit/expire any unredeemed points or offers, and purged any time thereafter.
9.
Points earned through promotions cannot be used toward the qualification of other promotions.
10.
It is the member’s responsibility to properly insert/check in/swipe their Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card into the machine when playing the Video Gaming Machines, playing Poker (non-tournament play) and purchasing their bingo admission.
11.
Management reserves the right to adjust point balances and/or an account/membership status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card without notifying the membership holder.
12.
Each member is responsible for selecting a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for his or her Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card account. Each member must keep this PIN confidential and secure, and is responsible for any activity on his or her account when the account is accessed by using this PIN.
13.
Seneca Gaming & Entertainment will collect and use the personal information on a members account for marketing/promotional and other business related purposes.
14.
In order to be eligible for the Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card benefits, direct marketing promotions, incentives and rewards, members are responsible for notifying Seneca Gaming & Entertainment of any name, address, phone number or email change(s). Seneca Gaming & Entertainment is not responsible for lost or misdirected correspondence.
15.
Management reserves the right to revoke, modify or revise qualifications for receiving coupons, discounts, offers, points, invitations and comps at any time, without prior notice.
16.
Seneca Elite Player’s Club Cards remain the property of Seneca Gaming & Entertainment. Seneca Gaming & Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused Seneca Elite Player’s Club Cards or points redeemed.
17.
Seneca Gaming & Entertainment Management reserves the right to cancel, revoke, amend or modify this program at any time.
18.
Fraudulent use of the card, including point theft, will result in the loss of Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card membership and all privileges may be permanently revoked.
19.
Seneca Gaming & Entertainment and/or its designee may use names, pictures and likenesses of members for promotional purposes without further compensation.
20.
Member’s use of the Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card indicates acceptance of the foregoing rules and all the terms and conditions of the Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card.
21.
Individuals prohibited from gambling by Seneca Gaming & Entertainment or Seneca Gaming Authority (SGA) will not be eligible to participate in the Seneca Elite Player’s Club Card program as a promotional basis.
22.
In consideration of, and as a strict condition of individual’s participation in this promotion, winners, heirs and personal representatives hereby waive and release all rights, claims, demands and/or causes of action against Seneca Gaming & Entertainment.
23.
All benefits will be awarded in compliance with all Seneca Gaming & Entertainment and SGA rules and regulations promulgated there under.

Purchasing Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Director of Finance, the Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services and purchasing for all SGE properties. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainment’s policies and procedures, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, and SGA Tribal Internal Control Standards.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment. One (1) or more years of purchasing experience or equivalent required. Must possess strong negotiation skills. Must possess excellent math skills. Must possess excellent verbal, written and organizational skills. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Seneca or Native Preference will be given to eligible applicants.
Pre-employment Drug Screen and SGA Licensing Background is required.
Incumbent plans, directs, and coordinates the Human Resources functions of SGE. Oversees the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; employee relations; training; employment compensation; and communications. Consults with management on strategic planning; and serves as a liaison between management and employees. Maintains strict confidentiality of all personnel information in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and SN laws, regulations, guidelines, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related disciplines preferred, with 3-5 years supervisory and human resources experience. Leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and dedicated commitment to excellence. Must have previous experience in the preparation of budgets. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Incumbent operates power tools and hand tools as needed. Makes repairs to building as necessary. Maintains buildings and premises in a neat and orderly condition. Performs minor repairs and maintenance on equipment. Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to operate power and hand tools. Must have at least two (2) years of experience in any of the following: carpentry, plumbing, electric or masonry. The Slot Technician is responsible for assisting the Slot Technical Shift Manager or the Slot Operations Manager (depending on the location) with day-to-day maintenance and repair of all slot machines within the Slot Operations Department. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainment’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment. Associate’s Degree in Computer Programming/Technology or a combination of education and experience. Must possess excellent computer skills. Must be able to perform accurately under pressure. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

The Cage Cashier is responsible for providing monetary services for SGE guests, including, but not limited to: exchanging tickets for cash, processing advances drawn from credit and debit cards; establishing and processing transactions for patron deposit accounts; and making change. The Cage Cashier is responsible for all duties of a Main Banker and General Cashier Banker, as well as for maintaining and supporting various remote kiosks, which service guests and other casino departments. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainment’s policies and procedures, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, and SGA Tribal Internal Control Standards.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment. High school diploma or equivalent required. One (1) year of previous cashier or money handling experience is required. Previous customer service experience, and/or the ability to demonstrate high-level service, listening and resolution skills required. Previous clerical/data entry experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of start-up and close-down of cash registers is preferred. Knowledge/operational skills of coin counter, coin wrapping machine and currency counters preferred. Must be able to operate office equipment, including a 10-key adding machine, personal computer, telephone, and multi-function photocopier. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Projects a warm, positive, helpful image to all guests at all times. Effective input all data into the Player Tracking System and create all Seneca Elite Player’s Clubs. Greet all guests entering and exiting the facility and are the initial point of contact of the entire company. Create player loyalty relationships with the facility and ensure accuracy for effective direct marketing programs. Help guests in understanding all promotions in the gaming facility and answering questions about the facility in a positive and complimentary manner. Takes bus reservations in person and over the phone. Encourage sales of special games seats. Conduct formal/informal surveys.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment. High school diploma or equivalent required. One (1) year experience performing duties comparable to customer service. Must possess good oral communication skills. Must be familiar with Bingo and Slot machine operations. Must have computer knowledge. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsible for supervising employees on the bingo floor. Oversees implementation and coordination of games, events, entertainment, and other events. Responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints and disputes. Ensure Bingo department follows rules and regulations as set forth by regulating bodies. Evaluations and Disciplinary action(s).
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate or Equivalent. Two (2) years previous supervisory experience. Knowledge of bingo operations a plus! Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required. Must pass a background check in accordance with National Indian Gaming Commission regulations.

The Dual Rate Cage Cashier/Super is responsible for providing monetary services for SGE guests, including, but not limited to: exchanging tickets for cash; processing advances drawn from credit and debit cards; establishing and processing transactions for patron deposit accounts; and making change. Responsible for providing monetary services for other casino departments and team members thereof. Additionally, responsible for all duties of a Main Banker and General Cashier Banker, as well as for maintaining and supporting various remote kiosks, which service guests and other casino departments. Assists in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Cage Department and provides excellent Guest Services. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming and Entertainment’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years of successful experience being responsible for large sums of money and/or one (1) year of successful casino cage cashier experience (or any combination thereof) required. Two (2) years of successful supervisory experience preferred.
Six (6) months experience in all cage banks preferred. Effective math skills are required; applicants may be required to pass an SGC-administered math skills test. Must be able to operate office equipment, including a 10-key adding machine, personal computer, telephone, and multi-function photocopier. One (1) year of previous customer service experience preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must pass a background clearance in accordance with National Indian Gaming Commission Regulations to be approved for and maintain a valid Seneca Nation Key license.

The Slot Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Slot Operations Shift Manager or the Slot Operations Manager with day-to-day operations of the Slot Operations Department, including oversight of all slot machines and supervision of the Slot Operations staff. All Duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainment’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate or Equivalent. One to three years supervisory experience preferred. Individual must possess good oral and written communication skills. Must possess excellent math skills, organizational skills and be able to perform accurately under pressure. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Must pass a background clearance in accordance with Nation Indian Gaming Commission regulations
